• To ensure that our employees, subcontractors and visitors comply with the rules regarding Occupational Health and Safety prepared by our institution,
• To create and maintain relevant policies, procedures, systems, information, training, and to create and support an effective occupational health and safety culture within our organization.
• To comply with all applicable OHS related legislation, regulations and standards
• To detect and eliminate unsafe situations and behaviors that may cause work accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace with an effective risk assessment, to ensure the health, safety and social welfare of employees, visitors and subcontractors at all levels,
• To take all kinds of measures in accordance with the current OHS legislation and other OHS-related requirements, to keep tools and Personal Protective Equipment, and to ensure that they are used when necessary,
• To ensure that all relevant personnel receive appropriate OHS training by creating an annual training program for the creation and development of Occupational Health and Safety awareness of our employees.
• Allocate adequate resources to continuously improve OHS performance
• Provide regular health surveillance for employees
• Increasing our productivity by adopting the goal of zero work accident and zero occupational disease and taking the necessary precautions,
• We undertake as our OHS policy to ensure the continuity of our OHS Management System, which has been established and carried out in this direction.
